Eugene
Zimmerman was
born in 1862. He was employed as a cartoonist with Puck
Magazine where he was influenced by the work of Joseph
Zeppler. Later he moved to The Judge
where he worked with his close friend, Bernard
Gillam. Zimmerman died in 1933.
